EAGLE BEACH, Aruba – October 6, 2025. Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, globally recognized as the Caribbean’s premier destination for romance, wellness, and sustainability, has officially unveiled its refreshed brand identity. This iconic resort, renowned for its genuine hospitality and purposeful luxury, celebrates an evolution that reflects its growth and leadership in the international hospitality industry.

Recently ranked #5 in the world on Tripadvisor 2025 and recognized as the only carbon-neutral resort in the Caribbean, Bucuti & Tara reaffirms its commitment to sustainable, elegant, and environmentally conscious hospitality.

From Local Treasure to Global Icon

From its humble beginnings as a tranquil hideaway on Eagle Beach, Bucuti & Tara has evolved into a global benchmark for responsible tourism. In 2025, it was named #1 in the Caribbean, earning praise from leading international media such as Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, and Forbes Travel Guide.

“We’ve grown beyond what many thought possible for an independent resort,” said Ewald Biemans, Owner and Founder. “Our new identity reflects both where we come from and who we are today — an international symbol of sustainable hospitality.”

A Natural Evolution, Not a Reinvention

The redesign was developed in collaboration with the Portuguese branding agency Delft, embracing a modern, serene, and sophisticated aesthetic. The new identity combines a soft color palette, elegant typography, and minimalist elements that evoke the tranquility of Eagle Beach.

“Bucuti & Tara remains the same at its core, but we’ve refined our image to express who we are today,” noted Crescenzia Biemans, General Manager of the resort. “From the logo to printed materials, every detail conveys serenity, warmth, and authenticity.”

Culture, Art, and Sustainability in Harmony

The brand renewal includes new coral-toned uniforms and an exclusive scarf designed by Aruban artist Maison Ryon, featuring motifs of the island’s native flora and fauna. This detail is part of the resort’s Artists in Residence program, which celebrates local talent and Aruba’s cultural identity.

On the digital front, the resort launched its new website, developed by hospitality firm Tambourine, offering an immersive and visually inspiring experience. Browsing the site feels like flipping through a luxury magazine — each image radiates peace, privacy, and natural elegance.

Luxury with Purpose

Every element of this evolution reinforces the resort’s core philosophy: providing a space where luxury and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony.

“Our new brand helps us connect more deeply with our guests and community,” emphasized Rebecca van der Woude, Sales & Marketing Manager. “It brings clarity, beauty, and emotion to the way we tell the Bucuti & Tara story, without losing its essence.”
